Climate Change and Vulnerability: Enhancing the Adaptive Capacity of the Population of Pakistan

Pakistan

This policy brief examines the vulnerability and adaptive capacity of Pakistan's population in the context of climate change and rapid population growth. The brief argues for adaptation strategies that strengthen population-level adaptive capacity while addressing health systems, social protection, sustainable agriculture, urban resilience, women's empowerment, and universal access to family planning.
